Milky Holmes to only be making cameo appearances.

Impressions:

Screw this noise. I had known that the broadcasts would be 12 minutes of a "Milky Broadcast" (whatever the hell that is) followed by 12 minutes of something else, but I had assumed it’d A.) Be something that’d sort of work together to form an actual ridiculous show since they did bother to buy the entire 30 minute time slot and even the second season was utterly out there, and B.) Still be a comedy. As it is neither of these things but instead more like the awful Alternative OVAs, a barely animated, slow, boring stack of unironic and utterly humorless tedium despite a barely 10 minute long episode, I think it’s time for Milky Holmes and I to break up. Your first season was great. Now you’re just abusing any hope I ever had for you, JC Staff.
