Impressions:

Marginally better than the first episode, mainly because it contained a stabbing, and some actual animation, but far, far too little. The entire ‘murder’/fight scene was ruined by being painfully stretched out five minutes thanks to copious slow mo and internal monologuing, not to mention a very ridicuous sepia filter, and being followed up by a really awful flashback, lesbian licking, and more of the out-of-place gag humor. The rest of the episode was just as insipid and expositiontastic as the first one, perhaps even moreso. And the main characters remain little more than macguffins with no personality other than to be infodumped at and/or be the helpless damsel. Feh.
