Impressions:

And see ya, budget, hello talking heads. Especially in the second half of the episode. As much crap as I like to give Young Justice, at least it has the general super hero format down, and the format’s not "put the main fight in the middle of the episode against a nameless grunt which you all team up to beat down, and then have your designated invulnerable character activate his super ultimate powers to curbstomp an old man in a chair who broke a window at you." Andy/the show was also not winning any favors by opening with a cheesecake shot and having our hardened military spy freak out over being proximal to the XX chromosome.

Making/confirming Andy’s power as total immunity to psychics is also a little depressingly cliche, to say nothing of Kyousuke continuing to use his horrible new Super Ultimate Esper power at the drop of a hat, especially to blow people up. That was just gratuitous as hell, especially to follow up with something like "This is milk, not a real drink." It came right after he gave Andy his special little sparkly limiter in a fruity as hell scene too. I’m also pretty sure that nulling his null powers on a ship full of telepaths would, uh… not make him a very good spy. At least they seem to be aware that powers can be used to do things like throw bricks at him and the bricks themselves do not become magic, something that Index never really seemed to understand.
