The Monster Next to Me #03 — Creative Carpentry

I’m pretty sure those weren’t the right pieces of wood… nor did they have anywhere near enough nails.
Impressions:
Quite a bit weaker than the first couple episodes, especially as far as the humor went. Likely because all of the new characters that got focus this week were boring as sin, as were the events of the episode in general Plus, it’s more than a little obnoxious that it tried to play off her saying that she liked him as her kidding around at the start. They did come back to that closer to the end of the episodes, but it was still dumb and really served no point, especially if they were going to pick it up right where things left off 15 minutes later after the ‘main’ part of the episode was over. Not too much terribly interesting otherwise. They built the chicken a coop, sort of reconciled with the roaming gang of teenagers, and then he made her bring him home to avoid what will no doubt turn into terrible melodrama soon enough.

“he made her bring him home to avoid what will no doubt turn into terrible melodrama soon enough.”
Replace melodrama by steamy anal sex and you’ll hit closer to home.
