Choking the ostrich sounds like a euphemism for masturbation.

Impressions:

Still not that bad, but the new character/idol/jackass/angel/tengu was pretty terrible and even as an ostrich couldn’t bring anything amusing to the show. Random Teasing Classmate managed to be a lot funnier and more interesting than him. At least the small children were far less present which meant a lot less shrill, piercing screams. That along improved matters. Most of the decent jokes continue to be the ones not blasted out though, and they unfortunately continue to be the minority. There was also a lot more empty space in this episode where it was very obvious they were just padding things out though. There was still a lot of the energy… frequently much more than it needed, but it certainly had a lot more sedate/boring little scenes than the first episode. Whether that’s a step up or down from the full court press last week is up to you.

It’s probably the three other episodes I’ve watched this morning talking, but I don’t really have much more to say than that. I’m going to wait until next week to figure out what I’m going to do with Mondays.
