This was a very sexually charged episode.

Impressions:

Sigh. I guess the honeymoon’s over and we’re GoHanding at full force as production slumped again. As is nearly always the case, the story needs to simplify, simplify, and simplify. You already have your main characters that don’t make a great deal of sense who are feeding/entertaining a super powered sex kitten. Maybe we should focus on that and leave all this other nonsense behind. Or just make it something basic. "I want money" was good enough for Die Hard and by god, it’s more than good enough for you too. Complexity is not depth. Being complicated is not the same as being intelligent. No infodump that involved a distant shot of Japan was ever worth it.

I’d rather watch twenty minutes of Kitty flouncing around than two minutes of terrible exposition that boils down to "Magic powers, us vs them, and you being the primary protagonist are important" Thanks. I’m not sure I grasped that. It’s nice to have nearly an entire episode to explain it. At least it does have Kitty providing a little levity to the show, which pretty much all of the other dour super-powered/scienced non-action ‘action’ shows this season lack. Shiro is just getting more effeminate by the episode too. Unfortunately, those numbers were reversed, which made this boring as sin, even leaving aside the continued decline in production. Maybe we could’ve used out budget a little better instead of blowing it on dynamic skateboarding.
