Yuruyuri #07 — Brave New World

Kind of strange for a show to have an alternate dimension episode like this.
Impressions:
This episode was confusing for one major reason. It took place in some kind of weird parallel dimension where there were males. A couple of them even had lines. Then again, I think I only actually saw one male inside a building and that was only in the last seconds of the episode. Perhaps the males just roam the city freely, like cows in India. It was particularly strange to see both an arcade and a restaurant full of nothing but women while Yui and Ayano seemed to be sitting on a bench smack-dab in the middle of about forty people playing professional level tongue hockey. For some reason though, they all disappeared the moment everybody else showed up.
Anyway, an okay episode, but other than Kyouko trying to put the moves on Chinatsu in the movies, she and Akari didn’t bring anything close to their A-games and the rest of the cast wasn’t really contributing much eiher, as usual. Although Chinatsu imagining Yui going down on her was also just a taaaad more lesbian than usual. Even she’s putting Chitose’s halfassed delusions to shame. Himawari/Sakurako and Kyouko/Chinatsu’s ‘dates’ were the only vaguely amusing ones, and at least 30% of that was due to Himawari’s extremely tight sweater.
Preview:
…A Chitose episode. I hate it already.
