Japanese fabrics are amazing.

As mentioned in the [C] post, MBS aired two episodes today, unfortunately putting it back onto Thursdays. Stupid MBS. Stupid Japanese TV schedules. So much for my nice spread-out weeks.

Impressions:

Very weak episode all around. Demon that makes people fat when they touch it appears, it spreads once they’re infected, cue 10 minutes of watching Yukiko, Enma, and Harumi slowly bounce over the globe. Plus some particularly random space jokes, including the 2001 Monolith making an appearance. Aside from that along with some other reference humor like them bouncing through the Vietnam War, there was just absolutely no variety in the jokes this week at all. It’s especially bad coming off of last week’s episode since it’s a very similar gag, but then, it was more focused, and more importantly, only a joke for about a third of the episode instead of the entire thing.

Oh, and Enpi’s apparently Yukiko’s unremembered childhood friend and is after Enma’s little tiara thing. Does it matter? Plot. Pfft.
