Sorry, not the anime… yet.

The show’s apparently already exploded in popularity enough for them to announce a sequel to the PSP game, despite it not even due out for another two weeks. That’s got to be some kind of zen. The parallels to Galaxy Angel just keep building, as if it didn’t have enough of those already. For those not in the know, Milky Holmes began life as a PSP game (which still isn’t out), but something actually fairly serious. Tact Mayers Kobayashi Opera takes over a squadron of specially powered girls and commands them in space battles detective battles, and is rewarded by being completely written out of the show and everything turned into a gag comedy. I approve of both. Now they just need to bring back GA and insert MH’s cast as secondary characters and the circle will be complete.
