When the dildos cry, everybody dies.

Impressions:

You know, at the ten minute mark, I actually said "This has been a pretty good episode, I can’t wait for them to piss it all away in the second half." And they more or less did. The TV show parodies into the ghost hunt was handled pretty well and was the funniest that this show has been since probably the very first episode. Of course, now I wish that they were actually making any of those shows instead of this one. I’m up for transforming battle trains or some kind of weird gun and sword slinging Higurashi knockoff. It was an added dimension to the characters, a new kind of joke, something to change up the pace a little bit for a few moments, even if the ultimate punchline still ended up being dildos yaoi.

In the second half’s credit though, at least a few little pieces were better than usual, but like the first half proved, without focus and direction supporting the jokes, mixing together good and bad just drags down both. As soon as they make a decent joke about Tsuda’s talking crotch, it’s off to something boring and lame. I also cannot believe that they seriously went all the way through the 1s multiplication table just for a pun about orgasms. A pun. A pun. What’s next episode going to have, a knock knock joke about menstruating?
