Impressions:

Ah, this is more like it. While the episode did veer a little off course in a few places, Yamada and Kosuda’s relationship took at least another physical step forward and Misato’s chest-hugger tenacity would do even Demon King’s Eiko proud, although she is starting to reach Pepe Le Pew levels of sexual harassment, but to be fair, it’s far more amusing when it’s a four foot tall horny Japanese girl. Kosuda was all kinds of assertive this week too, making the first move as soon as they were alone, and only hesitating to be comically startled when Yamada pushed him down and mounted him. He also showed quite a bit of grace under pressure, managing to undress Yamada with barely any difficulty while she was stymied by her confusion over neckties and just went straight for his nougat center. Kosuda even thought ahead to hide themselves from Kyouka’s prying eyes, although that probably ended up being their downfall. If they had given Kyouka a show, I think she probably would have stayed glued to the monitor.

That whole chunk made the episode great. I particularly enjoyed Yamada loudly meowing as the cliched distraction cat… in a closet… in someone’s room. Kyouka and her brother were also a bit more entertaining this week than usual. Her brother because Misato actually makes him amusing, and Kyouka’s fascination with seeing other people almost have sex in her bed. The giant golden man urinating into her bath certainly helped keep her amusing as well, even if I do have to penalize her at least 30 demerits for her architectural design. While we’re on the subject of fashion, Takeshita also gets a few dozen penalty points for whatever that filthy furry thing she had wrapped around her neck was. I suspect it was to hide all her hickies.
