Impressions:

Another episode that wasn’t particularly interesting and failed to really go anywhere. I think we’re just killing time in the middle here before heading into the final stretch. More mysterious as of yet unidentified people lurked around stalking Arresta and Plug, and the little girl showed up in a few places, but otherwise it was just 20 minutes of watching Plug torment Arresta in various ways. There was the usual requisite random Millie scene, revealing that she shares Arresta’s masochistic streak. It also contained the obligatory urine of the episode, although the evil stuffed animal’s waterfall almost reminds me more of Potemayo’s floodings.

There’s really very little else to talk about. Both of Arresta’s fantasies were amusing enough, and I’m actually kind of pleasantly surprised that they didn’t milk almost any fanservice or even squeaks or moans out of Plug during the sponge bath. I’m also not really sure where Iono’s rack came from. Apparently she’s a growing girl. Selica (the evil magical girl) also seemed to grow a pair at some point in the recent past. It also sounded like one of Plug’s friends was just one of the VAs sucking helium. That was a rather unpleasant ‘bonus’ to the end of the episode.

Brief Summary:

Arresta tries to yell at her boss for giving them obviously junk tech, but her boss turns it back on her and chastises her for letting Plug use it if she knew it wouldn’t protect her. Arresta excuses herself. Elsewhere in the parallel world, the guy watches videos of Plug.

Interspersed throughout the episode is Iono and Hakone hanging around Sentou at work, making him dinner, taking a bath together, etc. Sentou has begun looking at people and guessing what their depression levels are to pass the time.

At the hospital, Plug’s hands are wrecked. She asks Arresta for a favor, and to her shock, Arresta agrees, and ends up dressed up like a french maid. It’s part of Plug’s cosplay master plan. It’s anti-stealth, so Plug sends Arresta out to go buy her some comics, and then perverse comics. Plug keeps piling on the inane tasks with various requests for food and finally asks to be washed off. Despite Arresta expecting it to turn into seduction based on one of the dirty comics, Plug behaves perfectly normally, but then has another crazy demand for Arresta. As soon as she’s gone, Plug calls for a nurse and collapses in a pain. A couple women watch Arresta fly away.

On her way back, Arresta passes the little girl (she was also in the background in the news report earlier). Plug’s room is filled with all her friends, and Arresta realizes that a lot of people care about Plug, mostly because she’s kind of a dunce. They all fangirl out over Arresta’s maid uniform until it comes out that Plug’s been definitely using Arresta and saving the footage for later. Arresta snaps.
