In case you’ve forgotten anything from last week.

Impressions:

I really don’t know if I’m going to stick with this any longer. The first 6 minutes of the episode just sort of waffled around going absolutely nowhere, the middle ten minutes was yet more "Kanon has an EVIL aura and so doesn’t have friends," and then the last five minutes was an almost scene for scene rehash of the previous episode. A few notes may have changed slightly, but the tune remained the same. Urin wants Kanon to hurry up and become the priestess of the sky this time so they can go home, nonsensical sea monsters show up and try to kiss Kanon, and she keepsl whining about not being involved before changing her mind and running back to one shot the monster of the week, complete with recycled turtle fire spitting animation.

After three episodes, the plot is still rubbish, Kanon’s still whining about how she doesn’t want to be in the show, Urin’s still whining about how the surface world sucks, and Marin solves every problem by pressing her breasts against it and squeezing. This is not quite where I’d hope we would be. I’m also disappointed that they haven’t done anything else with the ring aside from having Kanon pull it out and look at it every now and then. Maybe they think we’ve forgotten that a giant chunk of the evil mojo flowed into it.

Meh. We’ll see how far I last through next week. The answer may very well be "not to the end of the episode" though.
