Impressions:

Well… uh… it’s certainly Monday anime here.

Deen seems to have hit the boring exposition phase of this show a lot faster than I expected they would. I’ve been staring at screens full of text (or getting hailed on) all day today, I really could have used a bit more visual stimulation than 20 minutes of talking heads. Hell, they could have even tossed in some more embarrassingly bad animation and it would have at least made me laugh more. Whoever okayed that Tate leap through a window should be shot.

They’re also really not downplaying the gay thing here as Tate-OH walks into a garden as a priest is making ivy flower all around him… and then makes Tate-OH his petite sœur. At least there are explosions next week.
