This is more like it.

Impressions:

As some of you may remember back in the annals of "things that are never going to be subbed, so most of the world will be unaware that they exist," I wasn’t a huge fan of the last Lupin movie/special, Red vs Green. Thankfully, this one was far more classical Lupin, full of babes, Lupin hitting on babes, Fujiko, Lupin hitting on Fujiko, genies, Lupin hitting on genies, and some random nonsensical ‘super science’ to explain away all the magic at the last second.

We had twists and turns every 15 minutes, Fujiko and Goemon on pretty much every side, Fujiko in a catsuit, naked Lupin sketching all over himself, Naked Zenigata, and even a naked Fujiko for good measure. How Goemon managed to slice through all of Fujiko’s skintight catsuit without slashing her ropes is beyond me. I also particularly enjoyed Jigen psyching out Goemon with a pistol lighter and then cheapshotting him. Fujiko trying to shoot out the bulletproof window with her little peashooter before the fighter blew out the window was also worth a cheap chuckle.

So overall, a much more enjoyable experience than Red vs Green for a sunny weather Lupin fan like myself.

And as a side note, I’m sort of anim’ed out at the moment. ZKC will have to wait until tomorrow morning. Not like anybody else is covering it… or subbing it within 24 hours making me useless anyway.
