Impressions:

Awesome episode. Absolutely lovely all around. Naomi is love, no matter which personality. Kaoru was also a ton of fun, summoning the full brunt of her pervy old man powers to assault Naomi and Aoi. For all the ripped clothing and whatnot, I don’t think there was a single panty shot either. Naomi’s underboob is far more entrancing anyway. There’s something about a girl in torn up clothing and pissed off. Well, maybe it’s just me and the torch I hold for women willing and able to destroy buildings without a second thought. Mmmmmm property destruction…

Tons of fun jokes this episode, lots of awesome facial expressions from all the girls while they were ‘incognito’ as a 9 foot tall student… or a totem pole, and we even managed to throw in crossdressing joke. Sakaki doesn’t even look half bad in drag… honestly reminds me of Ikki Tousen’s Gakushuu. That bath scene was also the steamiest that I think I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t have a problem with it, but it was just kind of funny. At least half the screen was just a white fuzz. That’s one way to save on the budget and not scare people away with underage ‘fanservice’ at least.

Quick Summary:

After a mishap with her powers accidently targetting her handler instead of the peeping esper perp, the Children and Minamoto get pulled in to figure out what’s wrong with Naomi, codename Kitty Cat that’s making her powers unconsciously brutalize Tanizuki. Since the physical tests don’t show anything, they tail her to school. Aoi attempts to force Minamoto to be the ‘man on the inside’ by teleporting a schoolgirl uniform onto him, but he puts Sakaki in the way and someone finds a new appreciation for women’s clothes. The Children form a human tower and tail her around, but nothing is out of the ordinary (aside from Kaoru peeping on all the highschoolers. Naomi even is able to use her abilities perfectly naturally to subtly help out the people around her.

Back at BABEL, Naomi screws up a simple target exercise, drenching all of them. In the bath, as Kaoru tries to grope Naomi, Shio has a flash of inspiration. She arranges a sparring match between the two TK espers, with Kaoru getting to… ahem… do what she wants with Naomi if she wins. Naomi has Aoi on her side, but Kaoru summons the inner old man power and goes on a berserk rampage, tearing up Naomi’s clothing and fueling her own strength. Naomi is completely distracted and loses control of her powers at least once in the face of Kaoru’s lusty assault. At the same time, Tanizuki is fantasizing about married life with Naomi. Just then, the call comes in that the peeping tom esper from the start is back.

Naomi deploys, but her uniform is still tattered and the peeping tom easily looks through at her skimpy unmentionables. As Tanizuki (still in a hospital bed) rolls up, Naomi loses it and blasts both of them away repeatedly. She loses her calm entirely and screams out that she hates pervy old men and blasts them both into smithereens.

Later, Naomi is happy and doing great, but the moment that Tanizuki puts his hand on her shoulder, she glares at him and smashes him through some glass. She’s got a new codename, Wild Cat.
