The fifth time this season that Yoshida and Shana have bonded over a lust for Yuji? Check.
Five minutes of rambling exposition? Check.
Total lack of Pheles and anything interesting going on? Check.

Alright, so Wilhelmina was around to stand there and speak in vague terms about how dangerous things are, but that’s about it. Here, I’ll summarize what took her 5 straight minutes to say. "The Denizen, Pheles, is after the Reiji Maigo because it’s the engagement ring ("engage rin(g/k)" to use her words) between herself and her eternal lover, the Mistes, Johan and she’s closing in on you." Five minutes of staring at Wilhelmina, Shana, and Yuji standing around going "dur dur, are you sure?" The fancily animated grass at the end followed by Pheles (offscreen) yelling "Johan!" was about the most exciting thing, though the preview was lots and lots of shots of the festival plus the fringes of someone’s dress. Since we know from the OP that Pheles prefers the caress of leather (and really, who doesn’t?) the most I’m hoping for is for her to show up and just romp around a bit non-threateningly. Remember the first season? When there were villains? And a plot? Those were good times. I miss those days. Wake me up when my green haired demoness arrives to bodily tear the man out from inside Yuji and provide some direction here.
