(Spoilers ahead)

Impressions:

The usual. Watanagashi festival, everyone enjoying themselves, Tomitake dying… no changes there. But the real shocker this time was Rika trying to save poor Tommy, too bad he didn’t believe the loli. If you live in Hinamizawa and a loli tells you you are going to die, you better believe the loli. Also, Rika’s mood is drastically affecting Satoko, and she is going bonkers the same way other characters have in previous arcs. Someone might be stalking both Rika and Satoko, but it could also be Satoko’s paranoia kicking in. Also, dead Irie, and a Hinamizawa’s Party Van Janitor kills Kuma-san. Pretty much a regular day at Hinamizawa.
