The grand debut of Hanyuu… auauau~.

Despite whatever people posting about this show just to piss others off may say, this was a rather well done episode and is just showing what Deen can do once they’ve got some money in the ol’ budget. Rika has basically become a microcosm of the series in her flips between playful and serious/depressive. As usual, Matt will do his thing eventually. His thesis was due today though, so play nice. 

Bullet point summary:

• K-1 starts helping prepare for the festival
• Ooishi makes his grand entrance
• The townsfolk hate Satoko because she’s a Houjou
• Satoko gets Keiichi to bribe Kameda to throw a baseball game
• Rika starts getting more depressed and slipping into ‘serious’ mode more and more as the episode goes on
• Later, she says that her death is destined and can’t be prevented, and an invisible girl (Hanyuu) argues with her
• Satoko overhears the conversation and Rika tells her that she was talking to herself, and that she (Rika) will die
• Next morning, Rika tells her it’s a dream, but Satoko tells everybody else about it
• Hanyuu asks Rika why she doesn’t tell Satoko and the others, and Rika says it’s because her fate is to die alone
