Fate/Apocrypha #07 — Throw a Giant Sky Castle At It

Oh boy. More talking.

Impressions:

Glasses Guy blocks the bullets that were the cliffhanger from last week, and that was the end of the action in the episode. Not the end of the 'fight' scene, mind you. That got dragged on for another few minutes as they stared at each other or shot a car just off screen before everyone decided it was time to up and leave. The rest of the episode was frittered away on the usual random hopping around from person to person rambling aimlessly about nothing in particular. Eventually, they launch a giant castle and raise a magic army to just go straight at them (clearly the most interesting and tactical way to do anything), so the other side decides to… do the exact same, but without the castle. Tune in next week when MAYBE something happens, and maybe somebody will do something other than prattling on! Christ. Why does this episode even exist?

    And my fucks are gone again. I don’t give a shit about homunculus boy and when I see Jeanne & Jack I expect them to be showing some skin. The only characters that have me sort of caring about the plot without T&A is Waver and Sisigou.

    I liked the padding at the end so the fight didn’t start this episode.
