Not one episode I've blogged in the past two weeks has had even the semblence of a plot.

Impressions:

Another meandering, pointless, godawful episode that spent most of its runtime with each scene somehow managing to be worse than the one before it, and it began with a three minute montage of going to school to go into the OP on he's joining my class!? It rewound from there to give a belated introduction to a bunch of named background characters before it pitched them back out of the show like stinky halibut. Then it was time to return to school for yet more shenanigans for eight minutes or so, until the enemy attacked again… which would be the cliffhanger going into next week. They spent three minutes on that. So yes, if you cut out the "It's time to go to school" section and the "It's time to leave the school" section and just had them be there and leave, the episode would've been 15 minutes long. And a few minutes of that would still be montage.
