Black Butler #I Have No Idea — Bullet Time

What is this, 2001?

Impressions:

I had to go back to check the first season because I felt the entire time like I had seen the episode before. I kind of had. Half an episode of the hapless help with the demonically competent butler (because puns!), and then the dinner guest who tries to kill the boy toy but gets eaten by darkness or something. Right down to the screwed up ton with a comical montage set to accordian of flamethrowing the forest to kill some grunts. There was even ridiculous bullet time buttling. 

So I guess nothing’s really changed? I haven’t watched either of the other two seasons and it would have taken a strong showing to get me to pick this up now. Instead, it gave me deja vu to an episode from half a decade ago. I… guess that’s a good sign if you were already a fan though?

Next Episode:

They go to a circus. Because why not?

    I think the first season had a fantastic ending, and the second season is one of the worst anime ever made. Luckily, this season is pulling a “Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood” and pretending the second season never happened. Also, why does the aspect ratio of your pictures keep changing?
