Are they still hurting from ‘all’ that budget spent in episode 1?

Impressions:

An earthquake! Something could be happening! Let’s list out some of the semi-interesting things it could be! Oh crap, it’s the OP! Now let’s go watch a play. Whew. Something almost might have happened in the first 10 minutes. That was a close call. Although it’d be a stretch to call what happened after that as "something happening" either. Kira finally popped up and revealed her master plan, to talk everyone to death. Go Team Antagonist. I particularly enjoyed the hilariously awfully animated vines. Which she used to bind them. To talk at them more. And after that, she continued talking at them! Gasp! And pick on Jun, I guess, something that to date, had only accomplished by such other deadly villains like Standing Around in a Gym or Talking To People. Oh crap! She was Talking To People all along! What a twist!

I’d also like to point out my preternatural ability to predict the future in regards to the green noisy one only showing up in the closing minutes to do nothing, but since this is… the third? Maybe fourth time they’ve done this, I probably shouldn’t start up my career as the next Uri Geller quite yet.
