It’s got to beat all the bad CG.
You know what is NEVER a good sign? Beginning with a nearly thirty second still of a CG rendered shot. Oh wait, there were five dots in the distance moving very slowly. Oh, here come some girls running up, maybe that means… Nope. Have a couple of minutes of CG tanks rolling around on CG ground. At least the promos were pretty much completely indicative of the content; cheap, plain, and full of bad CG, even often people, just in case you weren’t taumatized enough by the character designs already. There was one point where a CG girl was walking through the background, casting no shadow while wandering through the shadows of other objects. It was… disturbing.
The most interesting/exciting part came from my own personal ruminations on what the "Live" station at the cafeteria was for. Salad and Main, I can understand, or at least guess at. The music was also frequently corny enough to laugh at. Otherwise, a whole lot of nothing. Main character doesn’t want to tank it up, but her friends are such friendly friends that she does it for friendship because they’re friends. They aren’t even doing cute things, trying to be funny, or even educate people about tanks, leaving me uncertan what the hell the point of this show even is.
