Man, what’s the point of being ‘late’ if there’s still no ‘good’ quality raw up by the time I get back… and make a delicious pizza sandwich.

Impressions:

Not so good, although I am glad they cut down the actual rakugo bits. The entire second portion was talking about various Japanese towers, so… yeah. That’s not exactly a fertile comedy ground to begin with, even if they had been talking about landmarks I was actually familiar with. Unless you’re blowing up a historical landmark or turning it into some kind of giant mecha, then there’s a 95% chance that what your doing with it is not entertaining. It did get a little better towards the end of that segment, but most of it was just lame.

The first bit was talking about what they’d do if they were rich. It… was not great either. The general direction was just kind of bland without any of the cleverness (or truly terrible jokes that always ended up being the ‘best’ ones). The third part was kind of about the flu then got distracted into pretending that Blacky was pregnant, which was probably the best bit, but all three this time around were fairly weak. The balloon rubbing sound effects for censoring the names also set me on edge. More creative than the lame pixellating I guess. Oh well, still better than NakaImo. That one had him bumping and grinding almost every one of them before ending again with another one naked and masturbating to him. Oi.
