Where does Japan even get all this perfectly fitting spandex anyway?

Impressions:

There’s a very real chance that my interest in this series will last exactly as long as Zombie keeps annoying me. Despite that, this was more enjoyable than the first episode, and not just for the camera being almost permanently attached to Medaka’s reproductive organs through the last third… although that certainly did help. Production might’ve been a little better too, although with all the stills and ugly splash backgrounds in both episodes, it’s still far from good. 

Characters could still stand to shut the hell up nine times out of ten, particularly the flashback/exposition at the end about how Medaka’s bad with animals, but the general musical direction was a lot more fitting this week thanks to everything not being quite as dragged out. The adventure music is a little more fitting when going off to retrieve a ‘rabid’ borzoi instead of an endless parade of flashbacks and intros. It was still filled with info dumps and monologues, but this week it managed to get two box-requests done since it didn’t spend half the time sitting down and telling the audience who every single character was.
