I suppose that this is Japan.

Impressions:

It started well at least, beginning with Saya in the middle of fighting Random Encounter Of the Week^tm. Unfortunately, it decided to follow that with a sequence about three times as long about Saya having coffee and chatting up the barista. After that, she saw a dog. Then she went to school. Then she had lunch and tried to seduce taciturn bishie through the power of omelettes which set her off ovulating or something because she froze while the director started playing with the hue knob.

Then apparently that was enough of that so it was off to another Random Encounter with Saya fighting a flower that was trying to tentacly assault her. I’d make a Freudian joke here, but I’m not entirely sure who’s penetrating who in this sexual farce. Basically, it was about the same as the first episode overall, except the fighting was split between the start and end with neither one being as good as the first. It’s still not great action either because there’s absolutely no weight to it. It’s just something that Saya breaks character to go do every now and then to prevent the audience from getting bored and wandering off.
