What a twist!

Impressions:

Another not terribly exciting episode. They really shouldn’t have tried to merge both Charles and Laura’s introductions together since it’s just getting in the way of both. Charles’ entire… well… everything… is also completely vapid too. She’s cute, yeah, but even for a show like this that treats plot like a four letter word, she manages to stand out as being completely pointless. Maybe she’ll distinguish her against Germany next week or something, although given France’s track record against German aggressors… well… make your own metaphor that involves the wrong end of a beam rifle.

Ichika’s not helping matters either. He needs to smirk or something whenever he frustrates his harem instead of wandering over to grope what he believes to be another boy. Kid is starting to get suspiciously eager to spend time naked with other males. Who even walks in on their roommate in the shower anyway? Especially a foreigner that you’ve known for something like 48 hours. Keep in mind that all of these people are being trained to be weapons of mass destruction too… and it’s a bunch of women living together, so all their cycles will slowly begin to sync. I can only imagine that for a few days a month this academy is a breeding ground for international incidents.

*ahem* What was this episode about again? Charles growing breasts when wet? Yeah, sure. Whatever you say, Japan. Just don’t feed her after midnight or she’ll turn into de Gaulle.
