I don’t think cougars belong on tropical islands.

New Season Disclaimer:

I prefer to give every show a chance. You never know when your dream-eating insect wielding Mai HiME knockoff will turn out to be a psychological romantic thriller, or the strange moeblob show will be full of wit and urine jokes. However, my preferences are still my preferences, and while I’ll endevor to at least convey why I do or do not like things, there are genres of shows that I just plain don’t particularly enjoy. My opinions are based on nothing more than a gut reaction to what I watched literally 10-15 minutes prior and should be construed as nothing more and nothing less than that.

Impressions:

Even as far as bad girly stuff goes, this is pretty bad. Kajika, being the absolute perfect model of womankind, manages to win over her entire class thanks to her kindness and bisexual tendencies, stare down a pack of ruffians, and won’t bloody shut up about that damn white leopard. As usual with these things, meh art and even worse animation. She’s got her perfect sternfaced man all picked out already too, coming to her aid by managing to throw needles at the ruffians from outside the building. I think it was just so he could then make a dramatic entrance afterwards, physics be damned.

In short, exactly as you may have expected. No… hell, no.
